HotDoc maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads fluctuating between approximately 20K and 25K. The app peaked in the week of July 10 with about 24.8K downloads. The active user base remained relatively stable, averaging around 127K users weekly, with a slight dip to 122K by the end of September.

Express Plus Medicare saw varied download trends, starting at 11.1K in late June and ending at 8.4K by the last week of September. Active users also showed fluctuations, peaking at around 66.5K in mid-July and then decreasing to 45.2K by the quarter's end.
